cable tv, free phones and small refrigerators.
We have both smoking and non-smoking rooms.

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
We require advanced reservations. All reservations require a 50% deposit. Deposits are fully refundable with at least one week's notice prior to the reservation date. Reservations for holidays and for groups that reserve 2 rooms or more require at least 2 week's prior notice of cancellation. Reservations that are cancelled within the 1 week or 2 week period are refundable only if the room or rooms are re-rented (subject to a 20% handling charge). A verifiable credit card is required to secure a reservation. We accept Master Card, Visa, and Discover. Checks will only be accepted for deposits if received at least two weeks prior to the reservation date. No checks are accepted at check-in!
Why the 1 week cancellation policy? - We rely almost completely on reservations to fill our rooms. We rarely receive walk-in business. All of our rooms are not the same because we try to fill the needs of our customers by having a variety of accommodations. Therefore, when we reserve a room for you we will probably turn away other potential guests. If you cancel within the cancellation period (no matter the reason), we potentially lose the revenues from that room unless we are able to re-rent it on short notice. We will try in every event to do so.
