We have both smoking and Non-smoking rooms.

All rates are based upon occupancy of 2 adults. Children under 14 stay free in
same room as parents. Maximum occupancy is 4 adults or 2 adults plus 3 children per room.

*Holiday periods may require a minimum 2 night stay. Single night stays will be based upon availability.

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY

We strongly suggest advance reservations. All reservations require a 50% deposit. Deposits are fully refundable with at least one weeks notice prior to the reservation date. Reservations for groups that reserve 2 rooms or more require at least 2 weeks prior notice of cancellation. Reservations that are cancelled within the 1 week or 2 week period are refundable if the room or rooms are re-rented (subject to a 20% handling charge). A verifiable credit card is required to secure a reservation. We accept Master Card, Visa, and Discover. Checks will only be accepted for deposits if received at least two weeks prior to the reservation date. No checks are accepted at check-in!
